about

Scott Jenkins, PE, LEED AP

Summary

My career as an electrical engineering consultant includes working in the fields of design, project management and commissioning. My project experience includes heavy industrial, underground mining, healthcare, research facilities, higher education, government projects and critical systems commissioning. I strive to keep design quality and client relations as a career focus and to be a team player on all my projects. I am professionally interested in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Facility/Project automation and control, Facility/Project systems integration, and renewable energy sources and their practical application into all types of electrical systems.

I have worked for a consulting firm, electrical contractor and a underground mining contractor. This combined experience has helped me to be a better engineer and increase my understanding of how projects are designed, estimated, constructed and commissioned.

Professional Licenses

I’m currently licensed as a Professional Electrical Engineer in the following states:

  1.  Utah
  2. Nevada
  3. New Mexico
  4. Montana
I maintain my NCEES records making it easy to gain licensure in other states. This allows me to quickly adapt to the specific needs of a project.
